I'm the opposite, I thought he was hard, but I didn't fall into the goo at all...

mmmmmmmm. I dont know if its between the haveing to relearn each breath, or they changed each breath, OR they kick you out of the temple like way to freaking early! Its like you see the emple OP! There it goes, good luck. Oh and by the way.... you only know fire again.....

Gaul was easy! I smashed the pots around the arena and he never once did the one hit to kill thing. I beat him on my first try too, so maybe the pots did have an effect. Other than that, the whole fricken thing annoyed me. Recovery time was agonizing, battling endless apes was agonizing, I thought I grew a white hair playing that game. I don't mind games that are hard at all. I usually crank up the difficulty in all games I play. But this was just really frustrating. And for no good reason.

Arborick. I wanted to strangle him. I knew what I was doing. I knew I had to flame all parts of his body. But there were parts of his body that were really hard to set aflame (his left and right hand) The Executioner like fights in the elemental caves. Seriously, four in a row? The developers couldn't even make up a new enemy?! The Elemental Dragon. It was Cynder, all over again. I liked the fight with Gaul though, it was fun, I liked it when he sucks you in a tornado and you go flying in the air. LOL.

But yeah this was a headache for me, my opinion as it stands.

The Pirates Leve is annoying, especially with the Blundertails, the scorpians. I had to use Dragon Time for almost everything!

I'm ticked that they took away almost all of your attacks for the first part of the Gaul Fight. I had a fury saved up, too. Then they went and gave him an attack that kills instantly (iirc) if it scores a direct hit (which he does several times in succession).

Ok let me list all the annoying parts of TEN game: Gaul was one of the most annoying and stupid excuses for a boss, I mean it took me three months to beat him, Ravage Rider, well he's just plain stupid and hard to beat period, even with Dark Spyro at hand, Arborick, I mean come on!, a stupid tree monster who regenerates? WTF?!, Blundertails, yeah they were stupid and hard to beat, but I always used fury on them, those hounds that ram you, yeah don't get me started cause I cussed the game out when I faced those things, and finally the Assassin, not because he was hard, but because he's a sad excuse for a bad guy and he always pops up which *bleep*s me off. So yeah that's pretty much it about the game that ticked me off.

First off, the game could be annoyingly hard at times. Ravage Rider for example. Took me ages to beat him on my first go. Those jellyfish things that you had to jump across too.

Yeah me too. Usually as he was recovering, he'd get attacked again and so on.

And I STILL haven't found all those darn quills. The art gallery isn't that great anyway.

Also, anyone notice how some areas looked VERY similar to ANB in terms of layout? The place just after you beat the pirates for the first time (sorry, forgot the level's name) had exactly the same layout as a part of Munitions Forge. That wasn't the only place I'm sure. Plus, Arborik was pretty much the same as the boss in Tall Plains...

Phew... rant over. :-P I needed that.

UGH i hate when that happens but usually when it happens to me spyro just ends up taking damage. It just happens to frequently though.

The thing that really annoys me is when you get stuck in one of those glitchy corners and you cant get out unless you quit the game

The things that still annoys me in this game is the recovery time after taking damage which results in a couple cheap shots, the scorpions on the pirate ship and gauls over powered 1 hit ko attack. Have gone through the game like 10 times now and the scorpions and gaul still the only thing that keeps killing me....besides the bottomless pits of death. scabb is easy since level 3 earth just tears his health apart.
