Even though it would be close, I think Buzz would win. He can generate and spit fire (which Spyro uses to defeat Crush) and he seems to be a bit more clever; like how he jumps into a ring of fire and then chuckles because Spyro can't attack him, whereas Crush can't figure out that every time he whacks the floor with his club, the ceiling caves in.
