Mine would have to be Mystic Marsh, because when I was younger I used to play this game all the time! And that's one of the levels that I could always remember. Plus, It's in Winter Tundra which is my fav. homeland.
Another level that is my 2nd fav. is Skelos Badlands. That's also a level I can remember. (sorry if I spelled it wrong)

my favorite level would be... there is so much to choose from but my best one would be zephyr really long and fun too

I loved the levels that were sunny, and the ones that were in the sky, like that Jack and the Beanstalk level! I have good memories of having to follow that big guy without being seen!

oh i for got Scorch. Thats another one of my fav levels. Cloud Temples is good becuase i like the Agent Zero orb challenge.

To be honest, all the worlds in this game are great, but the one that stood out for me the most was Aquaiara (I can never get the spelling right) Towers. It has a lot of great things about it. The music fits the level brilliantly, the fact that 99% of it is underwater makes it fun and unique, and Seahorses are quite likeable.

However, the most brilliant aspect comes when you swim up to the outside of the towers to see the faint blue sky above the water's surface far above you. It's a basic effect, but it looks brilliant.

I also quite like Scorch, but only really because I'm a big fan of Desert levels.

i like breeze harbour and Magma Cone is pretty good as well. I think its called Magma Cone at least. Oh and i like Zapher as well

I like every level on the game to be honest, I like Scorch, if I had to pick it out.

Hmm

i liked metropolis the best XD UFO sheep!
then colussus, idol springs, zephyer, glimmer and fracture hills.
in that order

for boss levels its in this order or my favorites

Ripto (most fun one)
Crush (to easy but crush is one of my fav villans and its fun even with superbreath because you cant hit him twice in a row)
Gulp (funner when you didnt have superflame breath otherewise you could just shoot gulp 10 times and he dies)
