Collect the crystals and let her kill U. Keep doing this until your fury far is full.
Then do a fury!
It will take 3/4 of of her health away just leaving You just to use your earth breath to finish her off!

I found it worked really well when she was shooting flames on the ground, I could melee her about 4 or 5 times, then jump back or barrel roll and hit her with an Earth Shot or 2.

How does using the Earth Bomb help? I mean what does it do to her?

(Spyro doesn't have an FCS XD), and because of the electric breath's instantenous action, it always hits as long as she's in range. (I'm supposed to make a video of my play if only I don't need an AVR to prevent the recorder from burning -_-)

I just kept shooting fireballs at her when she was flying. It actually worked pretty well.
