Okay, a few things before this gets too long. Everyone needs to tread lightly. Politics are a touchy field, so be careful what you say doesn't offend others...too much. I think both Democrats and Republicans can agree on that Bush did NOT do a good job in the steed of President. The Republics have had a rough few years in control. To correct someone's previous statements, Bill Clinton was one of the best Presidents in the field of foreign politics - he was GREAT with working with other countries. The fact that he had the affair and was impeached has little to do with his skills when running as president.

True, maybe he worked well with other countries, but that doesn't make him a great president. So he works well with one thing, now let's look at him overall:
He's a liar, immature, self-absorbed, indecisive in domestic affairs and disastrously weak when it came to representing America in the affairs of the world...

Personally, I am a fan of Obama. The Democrats in general are the best choice at the moment, as the last several years under Republican rule have been rather bad. Hilary Clinton just appears as a loose cannon. And, please do not discuss presidential assassinations. Not only is it grossly inappropriate, but you should be using your posts to discuss more important matters. Presidents are NOT easy to assassinate. There might be racists still, but it is not likely they would attempt an assassination, and if one was attempted, presidential security is tighter now adays than ever before, due to terrorism. How did Kennedy get assassinated? By sitting in a car with an open roof driving through crowds of people. Has any president been killed since then? No. As times change, so do policies.

At least he'll be better than this guy.

I prefer Obamas polacies over Hilarys, and we've had a long line of Republican presadents so far. We do need a change. I'm not saying that the last set of republican presadents are bad, I'm saying that we need a change in polacy. Also, it's a little know fact that an asanation only stiffens the resolve of someone. If it's presadental then Obama will become IMFAMUS, defeating the purpose of the assasnation in the first place!

Long line of Republican presidents? No we haven't. Before Bush, it was Bill Clinton - Democrat, and might I also throw in not a great President. Do remember they both served 2 terms so it does seem like it's been a while :-P.

I don't see how you can be elected president from being infamous.. Even so, that should make an assassination more probable.
