We cannot link to any website that has illgeally uploaded copyrighted material. If its the official website and they are giving their music away for free, then its ok. Our webhoster's TOS says so.

6. AWARDSPACE.COM does NOT allow sites that provide any content, points of distribution, or `links` to sites that:
- infringe on any third party`s intellectual property or proprietary rights, or rights of publicity or privacy;
- violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;

- contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another`s computer or property of another;
- contain Proxy, Pirated or Hacking / Phreaking Software (Warez) - Any software that is copyrighted and not freely available for distribution without cost. ROMs, ROM Emulators and Mpeg Layer 3 files (MP3) all fall under this jurisdiction; Torent sites or links to Torent sites;
- has Adult Sites (content) - Any erotic or pornographic material, links to adult sites, or advertisements for adult sites;

So, if its ok with awardspace's TOS, then i will have a second look at what ever you are talking about.

Oh , by jeapordizing the forum I geuss you mean the unfortunate arrival of internet lawyers looking to sue unsuspecting people. :'( 'Tis a cruel cruel life I tell ya. Oh well, we'll get over it. But we could still PM each other the address right? You didn't answer that part of the question Spyrorocks, but I think I know what site he's talking about although I'm not at the LIBERTY to say what I think in case it's true. And another thing, why should we be in trouble for what ANOTHER site is doing if we are not affiliated with them? Is it because we are advertising them by mentioning them in a post or something? I need to know! :?

Well I have both the DS AND the PS2 game so I can download it if I want to . Hahah! Is Red_Dragon able to PM people the link or casually let it slip out by 'accident' *hinthintwinkwinknudgenudge* lol.

If you own the game, you can legally own the music. If you don't own the game, then having the music is illegal.

Because the music is copyrighted and no one who owns the game can legally posses it.

If you wanted a good idea of my computer knowledge back then you would have had to talk to me in PMs frequently. I don't recall ever PMing you.

I know a site that has many soundtracks of games available... even the new Zelda: Twilight Princess (I got a PS2, but I found this when I tried the Spyro). The site has all Spyro musics, except the DS versions.
