Yeah it was a clever idea cause i was wondering when i first played it, where is the last egg and how do i get the rest of the gems, but money bags was obviously the answer................

yeh it is i keep a special save on my PS1 memory card so i can kill money bags anytime i want XD it soo cool killing him

Yeah. I think the end of Year of The Dragon is the funnest part of the entire game. 8D

Friends don't charge other friends to help them, especially when you're on a quest to save the world. XD
I never beat any of the games after Year of The Dragon(besides the
TLOS series), so I don't know what happens then, but in the first two he doesn't give you your money back- someone has to beat it out of him. xP

Both but more of a friend. He's helping you but you just have to pay him to help you... (If there were no stores you'd die of hunger most likely) so idk.
