I think Spyro 2 is the best. So I picked No on the poll because Spyro: YotD was alright. Except Bianca is awesome!

I prefer TLOS but this is my favorite old Spyro.

oh most definatly this is the best game good graphics, awsome levels different playable characters, awsome music, sweet mini games and good plot lines and the big bad bosses this game is a perfect 10 out of 10!

the reason i like collecting living things is because you get to see something different everytime. I especially liked it how in Spyro the dragon you got to see a small cutscene everytime you releasesd a dragon.

I actually loved orbs! I prefer to be collecting something that is not a living, breathing creature!

Strangely enough, i didnt like Spyro the dragons levels that much compared to the 2nd one. I liked the people in the homeworlds as well. But as you say, each to their own. Though i must agree with you on prefering to collect dragons and dragon eggs. Orbs were a little bit boring.

i like both new and old spyro but because new spyro is so diffrent from the old one i will say my favourite game created by Insomniac is the first.Spyro the dragon

I think that it is a great game like the other original Spyro games, but I still think that Spyro 2 is slightly better than this one for some reason.
