My guess is to just reload the map or your save, and go to all of the locations where the dark gems are and make sure that they are destroyed. Good luck.

In frostbite village, you need to destroy 5 dark gems, and I destroyed them all!  But the game thinks I destroyed 4! It wont let me go to the boss >o< I'm really ticked off, because I really want to beat Red and get to the next level so I can reach the final Pink Fowered Egg. I really want to play as Ember.
