Sometimes, even the crappy ones pull up a... 401 [I believe] page, basically saying 'You are not allowed to view this page.' Of course, if you can access the root, www.spyroforum.com, then... I donno. Just some theories. Also, there can be words in the site that they won't let you see. Censors are... odd. On Maple Story, for example, 'Treatment' is considered a curse word. o.O

when i tried to visit blueflame's profile, it me to http://www.awardspace.com/

Spyro forum used to be spyroforum.awardspace.com. it might have something to do with that.
