Note: for Trap or Magic Types, I will need the type (Equip, Continuous, counter, quick-play, field, ritual)

3. Attribute (Lite, Dark, Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, Divine)

4. Level (1-12)

5. Circulation (that little name in the bottom left corner of the picture)

6. Picture

7. Card Rarity (Common, Rare, Super Rare, Ultra Rare, Secret Rare, Ultimate Rare)

8. Attack

9. Defense

10. Creator

11. Year

12. Serial Number (can be random if you can't think of one)
