Well if they are making a movie which is more than likely i hope they follow the story line: ANB and EN and DOTD! they have to!

The effects were ok, I'll give Eragon movie that (I hate Eragon, mind you), but nothing else is really that good

@Aceedwin. I forgot about Advent Children. Yeah, that movie had good fight scenes but...that's it.

Every video game movie sucks? I reckon you're wrong about that. Advent children was great, if only for the action scenes. Tomb raider was decent. Resident evil was pretty good. And I can't remember any others, at the moment.

But I do agree that Spyro won't be able to match that kind of standard. It's just not movie material. Only brilliant games can make good movies.

You got a point but all already thinks the movie sucks because those there made Eragon shall make it...
But have you all seen the effeckts in the movie? *bleep* they was awesome... so instead of thinking that they screwed up on the story line of the Eragon movie then think how good they made the effeckts...

I'm complaining becuase every video game movie sucked. Every. Single. One. There has not been a good one. The closest one would have to be the first Resident Evil movie, and it wasn't even that great.

This will destroy Spyro's popularity if it fails to meet expectations. I think they should focus in making better games instead of a movie first.

I made this journal once on DA:

I have heard from some journals here on DA that people complain that those there makes the new Spyro movie also made the Eragon movie and then they expect that it will suck because they screwed up on the Eragon moive...
Now I will say that that is *bleep*! Why should the Spyro moive be bad just because they screwed up ONE movie!? Have those there made the Eragon movie also screwed up other movies? NO! Only THAT movie and then we all expect that it will suck
Now everyone try to open your eyes!
First at all is it just a movie... and I think they did a good job on Eragon and before you ask then YES I haven't read the book but who cares? the book are always better then the movie and Spyro isn't a book but a game so that will be a lot diffrent!
Second then are they at least MAKING a Spyro movie... how many video games get there own movie? Not many as far as I know
So seariously stop complaining and just be excited to see the Spyro movie... don't make your mood bad because those there are amking it have screwed up on ONE movie... I could understand it if it was many movies but as I have heard then is it ONLY the Eragon moive so what is the big deal?

Like I said in the Does it still exist thread, A friend of mine that i can rench the info out of said supposidly there is one still in progress and is planned to be done and released November 17 2010 or something. I am about ready to pull chines water torcher on him to get the info and a website to support that info.....
