It's true, they WOULD make a good couple... and all you people saying that Spyro and Cynder are siblings, they do look alike, but it's just a coincidence.

Out of curiousity, Why do you think that?

As for Spyro and Cynder not having enough time to truely explore their feelings, do we know how long they were together before Cynder decided to run off in TEN? They possibly could have gotten to know each other better in whatever amount of time that was. After seeing Spyro come to rescue her after being captured, that might have sparked some feelings for each other. Then they were frozen for 3 years but everything from Eternal Night was still fresh in their heads, leading to what transpired in DoTD.

I guess I'm trying to say that it's possible they didn't get together too early. It only seems that way because the game developers decided not to focus on this progression, making everything seem awkwardly placed.

Now say if you were a fanfiction writer, back before Cynder came along Ember was the only other female dragon that people could think to pair Spyro with...and she was more popular even when Cynder first showed up. I've seen a GOOD story that was a SpyroXEmber fic that had great development and had Ember evolved from a ditsy fan dragon into a more mature and emotionally developed character.

I respect any author who can do that...and maybe the character herself could have been that way had she continued to be in a plot. The way things are right now I'd rather make a fanfiction that revolves around Spyro and Ember rather then Spyro and Cynder.

Back when I first started writing everyone was sick of Spyro and Ember...then Cynder hit and everyone had to get a piece of it. Ember is  pretty much forgotten now. Would actually make a story in today's environment quite unique if you ask me.

As basically young adults they would have to come to terms with how they felt in comparison to the situation. They knew each other for basically a whopping two or three days before this "I love you" junk started. Yeaaaah....that's just really no development.

Things like that play out well over a long and in depth story which this wasn't. The next game should involve them not being together, more actually trying to figure out their feelings in general before doing anything like love or whatever. That would make the plot much more appealing.

I hope the next game comes out soon and reaches my expectations.
