Besides, why not use it? It'll fill back up in a matter of seconds. roll

Then when he crumples over, immediately use a headbash into the ground to kill it. With Dragon Time, you should be able to avoid the second one.

Your main concern is dodging his attacks while shooting blindly at him. Your shots will occasionally get lucky. Another tip is to activate Dragon Time whenever he is about to attack you, so you can dodge it easier.
