Mm, guess you could call that a dance. But he doesn't break it down enough there.
I think he's really just trying to call for attention there. I mean the shaking his behind and the winking. Oh yeah, attention getter for sure. :-P

No. He dances in the two LOS games if you wait too long.
He just kinda shakes his bum, bobs his head, and keeps time with his... paw I guess. Then he looks back and winks at you.
