I like both too, but I like TLOS a BIT better. Spyro is the reason I like dragons so muc. It shows dragon's true power, no matter how small. No stupid knight is gonna kill one! If it can kill a Fire Golem and huge gnorc with armor on, even though it's about a hundredth(for golem) and a tenth (for Gnasty Gnorc) It can surely take on a puny human who has no abilities what-so-ever.

Not playing levels again is the worst. I practically only complete it TO go back through the other levels. DOTD is the best. ^^ Prolly cuz I dream to fly, and I can do it in a video game.

Let me elaborate, the the fault was mine in that comment, I sometimes get a little too into these discussions. I was trying to explain why I took that the way I did. I backed off, your turn.

Why is everyone so dumb in this forum? My post was positive, how does every fanboy get insulted so easily? With that attitude you cannot life in the "real" world. Sorry mate.

Yes, but in the same breath, you suggest the people who do like it are "distracted" by the cutscenes from the "boring, repetitive gameplay", which I took as an implied insult against those who prefer ANB.

They were probably distracted by the okay cutscenes and the tag "spyro" in the game from the horrible, boring, easy, and repetitive gameplay.

I understand the people who liked the game, but seriously, how someone can say that TEN was worse? I liked TEN.

I dont see why People think that ANB was so good. It was mainly ALL button mashing and ape fighting and the parts that werent were lame flying levels and rail shooters that were horribly programmed. Cynder and the other bosses was too easy and boring and the game was really short

I disagree, I thought the game was pretty good. Eternal Night was the one that was bad, imo.

Spyro didn't "Grow up". The games got darker but still aimed for the excact same audiences. I'm sure if the right developers got the ol series they could of done much with it, including making the story even more in-depth.

I did enjoy ANB though, it's fun messing around with the camera and flying.

Messing around with the camera? You should really play the originals, Theye flying is much better as there's much more flying levels and much more space to fly!

how can you not understand,thinks change,so did spyro, deal with it. why are you always looking back (before it was better.blah blah blah) there is the new version of spyro and it ic GREAT!

Change is good, when things change for the better!

I love SPYRO, that's why I registered here. I did enjoy ANB though, it's fun messing around with the camera and flying.
