I think that nentindo has one of the best chances to survive just by games alone, with mario, zelda, samus, and so on appel to a huge feild of ages!

Sony has some good titles to like rachet and clank and devil may cry and mercaries but those are age ioslated

and microsoft has fable and halo....woo hoo [im still going to get it though!!]

But ps3 is priced highest, so y would u stop if sony falls ps3-500 360-279 -wii- 250

ps. i know wii is dominating right now and for the next year it will. ps3 and wii will be close by 2010 but wii will in time come out on top,

p.s.s ps3 will not duplicate ps2's success, wii and ds will get close.

Dude, Wii is killing both franchises right now (or so I've heard) and so it can't really be a key element in determining who falls next. And if your right and Sony does fall next, then I'd probabbly have to give up playing video games beacause I can't afford other next gen systems.

Sony's can get out of the lump their in now, but if ps3 fails (like saturn,dreamcast,3d0,jaguar) sony as a company will fall. ps3 sales will increase but wii will continue killing it untill it gets some games out.

Well, it's kind of hard to say, but I think that it would be Microsoft who's next to fall. I know all the systems from both franchises, and Sony has more gameing systems. An (X) symbol means the system has basically died out.

Sony: Playstation 1(X), Playstation 2, Playstation 3, PSP

Microsoft: X-Box (X), X-Box 360, maybe the PC if you can think of it as one.....

Microsft has two living gameing systems compared to three for Sony. The price thing has already been discussed, and even though Microsoft and Sony both have the same features in their newest consoles, (Or so I think) , Sony has been around longer, and are more experienced with getting their customers satisfied.

I rest my case.

Its down to sony or microsoft

nintendo still made more profits than sony and microsoft last time and wii and ds are looking like deja vu. (snes-gameboy) although it was a possibility that wii AT ONE TIME was intended to be nintendo's last console. they were planning to launch all their major series at one time. (mario,zelda,metroid,ssbb, etc.) nintendo isnt going to end up like sega anytime soon.

Honestly, there's no way to know until it happens, but my money is on Sony going down in the gaming arena. They've lost touch with their customer base (and possibly reality) and have done some very stupid things of late.

Nintendo is a powerhouse and a innovator. I don't think they're likely to fall anytime soon. They always keep their customers first and in mind when they do things, which is the best way to keep your company going.

I don't know anything about Microsoft's gaming systems. They seem to be doing pretty well, though.

Who will fall next- Microsoft Nintendo or Sony

Someone has to go, if Apple enters the console war someone has to leave or the market will flood and the market will crash as it did in 83' or come close to as in the mid ninties.

First Atari then Sega now who?
