thats true, nintendo says will make games easier to play, but i think it makes them harder, and my friend broke his plasma screen when he chucked it through the tv screen, i laughed my head off.

Id have to say PS3. The Wii is really confusing to play...i tryed and lost horibly in mortal combat. Pluse just thing if you have a broken arm, you cant swing the controller round, but with the PS3 you can sit and relaxe and enjoy the game...but the Wii makes you stand up and makes you swet because you are contently movieing around. It is a good exercise, but hard to play if you Shoulder or arm is badly ingered. pluse its hard to get the movments right half the time...for me that is.

Well, tough to say here. As long as the price stys up, I won't be able to buy either of them, but from what I already know, and what I'm used to, I'll go with PS3, seing as I've been a devoted Sony fan ever since I got my Playstation back in 99 (The old one broke down so we had to get a new one. )

timeline- 2007- wii
2008- wii
2009- wii ps3 catching up
2010- ps3 takes lead
2011- new nintendo console comes out- hd dvd discontinued
2012- ps3 duplicating ps2's sucess.
2012-2015 ps4 lanches.

in the end ps3 will win, i dont care how well wii is selling at the moment, ps3 had a bad start, like all playstation consoles, but like all ps's it will win along with blu ray.

wii will win for the short term, but in the end ps3 ends up on top. just because wii may become a gimmick. but as long as great wii games keep coming out, and ps3 remains above $399 wii will win.

well i had to agree in some way the wii is better because of the price as well lol i mean 500$ against 250$ wii or ps3 ummmmm thats sooooooo hard cheaper one wins though wii!

i like both a lot. the wii has some really great games and the ps3 plays EVERYTHING. every old game that never worked on ps2 (i.e., Spyro: ETD) now works on my ps3! and i love the wireless controls.

but i probably like the wii more due to all of the awesome games and the fun controls. i love swinging the wii remote around... but once, when i was playing with my younger brother (Mario Party 8), we were standing next to each other and we were playing a baseball mini game where you had to swing the remote and he hit me pretty hard. O_O

to this day, i make him stand very far from me when we play together. lol xD

getting back on topic, i'd say wii is better (to me) than the ps3.

hey guys list what system is your favorite out of the 2 and if you have either one and why you like eather one beter than the other system

i have the wii my brother has playstation 3 and i think theyre both really good so both of them are my favorite lol
