I have animal crossing DS!its fun but its annoying how you need to play it every day or else the town will become a wreck.I use the game hacking card to get all the cool items(including all the golden tools)I personally enjoy the sims more.

I have both the GameCube version and the DS version.
On the GameCube one I got one of my guys to the biggest house possible and paid it all off. My living room is Christmas Themed, each furniture piece worth 12000 bells.
Next time I play I will see what animals are in my town. I know Kitty the cat is there for sure.

I've got
a cat called Punchy
a tribal cat called Kabuki
a penguin called Roald
a squirrel called Pecan
a squirrel with funny hair called Caroline
a chicken/duck thing called Twiggy
a cat called Mitzi
and a cute patchwork bear called Stitches
Oh and my towns called Wildani (wild animal shortened!)

ACWW is Great! I don't really play on it anymore but its still good. I can't wait till the AC Wii comes out.

Yeah, I haven't approached my village in months. Shame really, I saved up for a really big house as well. My brother got a fright from all the cockroaches inside my house though, thinking they were spiders as well.

animal crossing is good but I find it frustrating you have to go on it evrey day its like a second pet

I love Sims. Lots of fun, but gets boring after playing it for a long period of time. I've only played Animal Crossing once at a friend's house. It was alright. I don't have it myself because I don't own any Nintendo software. At least I don't anymore..

Hmm. I've played Sims. I don't own it, so I'm not experienced enough to say it's good but it's fun! And Animal Crossing is like Sims yes, but personally, I like Animal Crossing better.... It's not as confusing as what you're supposed to do. I mean, you never really have to eat, sleep, or go to the restroom (but you can if you want to if you get a toilet, fruit, and a bed).

It really looks like The Sims (I don't like it)... but with animals instead, which seems much more fun. I don't have Nintendo hardware, I just have Sony(PS1 & PS2).

It's a life simulation game for the NDS, GameCube, and eventually the Wii. You can chat with animals that live in your town, make a house, buy furniture, get a lot of money, visit other animals' houses anytime you want (if they're home), catch bugs, go fishing, etc. etc. Sorry if I sound like a sales person....

I love Animal Crossing: Wild World for my DS! It's probably the video game I play most. I hear that they're making a Wii version of it. But anyway, here you can talk about that sweet life simulation game, your village and its people (OK animals)! My character's name is (my real name) and my town's stupid name is Home. I don't have a friend code yet, as no one I know has the game. But anyway, I'll share a list of people that live in my town:

Gaston the crazed yellow rabbit
Nan the sweet goat
Bella the cute mouse
Moe the cat
Eloise the snooty elephant
Rod the purple mouse
Biskit the crazy looking dog
Pecan the squirrel
