it also depends on the file size animations usually are larger then Jpeg's so you will have to make sure you compress the file

Okay, here's how you do it. First, upload it on www.tinypic.com. Then, get the image code and put it in the link to off-site avatar box and erase the [img][img/] then click submit! You should now have your avatar!
BTW the size of it is not too big... the limit is 110 by 110 and the pic is only 100 by 97.

i found this animation on deviant art and i want it for my avatar but its to big is there anyway you could make it less in size here it is.

if its possible could some 1 do it for me i might beable to pay you.
