Your place is hot!? Try walking to classes in 112 degree wheather and then tell me about heat! It's woth it though, Arizona is one of the most integrated states in the U.S from what I've seen and heard. Plus it's beatiful as I've seen.

Ooh. I think I have a very interesting mix of cultures: Irish, Italian, and Korean, along with many other small bits that I never count.
I live in Georgia in the USA, and it's way too hot to live here. Never move here, haha. :-P

So basically... prejudice. They might be more intelligent than their employer, but all some people care about is what people look like. Like having light skin makes you automatically intelligent or something; it's completely ridiculous.
