things are been getting better, definitely! i mean in most cases, i think depression is a lifelong thing, but i've been learning a lot of ways to deal with it, work through it, recognize the symptoms and stop them sooner, etc

it can feel like climbing a mountain. especially with depression fighting against me. but it's still possible! just gotta keep at it. and hey, like Spyro said in A New Beginning, nothing worthwhile is easy

I just like putting inspirational stuff in my signature. I know no one here really cares, and the things are stuff I just thought up. But a little hopeful quote gives me something to inspire me so yeah.
