I got myself some gameplay footage and even did an interview on the Reignited Trilogy.



Here is AchievementHunter's interview. At 23:58, we have vague confirmation in the video on the Reignited Trilogy content download. Spyro 1 can be played in full and some of Spyro 2 and 3 when you buy the game. There IS a Day One patch.
