I didn't get a refund from Xbox yet when I look at the game on the store page it shows the price ... I need to figure it out -.-

They should have just kept my pre-order and simply moved the date. Is it really that hard?

The only think I hate is that its hard to complain about delays, because the counter argument is always "would you rather have a rushed buggy game?"

And I'm like, no, but I would prefer a game that releases when they announce it will release for once.

I can't speak for Xbox1 users, not sure how it works for them.

For those that pre-ordered Reignited Trilogy on PS4, you should have gotten an email last month that looks like this:

If you failed the respond to the survey, they would automatically cancel your pre-order and refund your money. The auto-cancellations and refunds started yesterday. Check your account to make sure you still have it pre-ordered, and locate your payment method for the refunded money. The refund will take a few days.

I'm pretty upset about this, especially since I talked with PS Support last week and they assured me my pre-order was not canceled. They basically lied to me. I really don't think that e-mailing is a very good way to verify pre-orders either.
