I had a great idea for an interactive twitch streaming experience no one has ever seen! I just got to know, is it possible?

Basically I'm curious about what the limitations are in this game when it comes to moding. My "request" may sound simple in my head, but is it actually possible to pull of? Can one manage to set up a "Button Input" which will deal 1 damage to Spyro if pressed?
