Movies. hmmm.

I don't think I want one for Spyro. But that's because I don't have confidence that it can be delivered properly. The best case scenario would be Activision contracting their Blizzard animators work out a special project for Spyro, and in that case, I think it would be amazing. But even then, I still don't think it would really make sense.

I think that it's more likely they would do a show, like Skylander's Academy. And when I think of that, I still think it's not worth it to Activision.

Toys? A little. I wouldn't expect anything to the likes of MLP engagement. But there will always be plenty of figurines for us to hoard.

i didn't actually get to see that i was going to, but ... didn't for whatever reason. guess i'll have to get it on DVD or something.

That would be a good thing, as that usually means the franchise in question is successful.

I feel ya man. The MCU is pretty much all I care about to any extent movie wise now days, and even then I'm only halfway into it.

Spyro never got much widespread merchandise. there was TONS of classic Spyro merch, but for some reason, all of it was released in such limited numbers, it's hard to find. it'd DEFINITELY be cool to have some widely-distributed, mainstream Spyro stuff. on the other hand though, i'm REALLY trying to be more "conservative" with my money, so i don't know if i would actually buy any of those toys as for a movie, man, i haven't been to a movie theater in years. it'd be cool to go to one, it's just......... none of the movies look interesting to me. NONE of them. so i wouldn't complain about a Spyro movie

I'd certainly watch any Spyro movies, although I've never personally been into toy collecting or figurines, etc.

But toys would certainly be good though for a new generation of younger Spyro fans.
