This page does a good job of looking inside the game and finding a few hidden stuff.  Nothing about a cutscene though.  I wonder if this is an example of the Mandela effect.  The Mandela effect is a phenomenon where a large amount of people share false memories thus creating a strange sense of something being changed from how everyone thought about it.  Examples of this are the Monopoly man's monocle, the spelling of Berenstain Bears, Froot Loops, Frebreze, Looney Tunes, and Oscar Mayer, and Pikachu's tail not having black tips.

The Mandela effect can make you question the reality of your life.  Because Curious George never had a tail and Jiffy is not the name of a peanut butter brand.

... and yet how many people have gone through the game code by now, and haven't found the cutscene i remember, or the one your friend remembers. it's really weird. maybe they're in there but nobody's dug them up yet?...
