Could be the TV's the problem cause those old TV's don't work as well they used to, hey I had a TV my grandfather gave me when he died and that thing tore up about 3 years ago

The cables seem to be fine, and im not sure about the VCR, When i turn it on, the Tv scteen changes normaly, but looks as if the PS2 Isnt on,

First make sure your cables are plugged in, maybe one got loosened.
Could also be that a cable went bad over time. Or the VCR since those aren't really reliable. You may need to go straight to the TV if that's the case.

I myself am not sure, when we first got in back when it released, i was still a kid and was not the one who set it up, and i always have it like that now, i will try to check it out in a moment.

Can I ask why you're running it through a vcr instead of straight to the TV?

You may remember me posting about an issue with it earlier, but it has gotten worse. A few weeks before, sometimes if i moved the PS2 slightly, this would happen, but now it does it immediently. when i turn the PS2 On, it lights up just fine and sounds normal, but nothing shows up, no audio or anything. Im starting to worry about it and im not sure if this is the best place to post this, but i just want to know if you could help.

I have an old early 2000s TV, made around the time of the console, so thats most likely not the issue.
Its connected to a VCR/DVD player, that allows the PS2 to connect......if you wanted to know that.

I have had this PS2 Since i was a kid, so i really hope nothing bad has happened to it.....
