Ooh, this'll be tough for all but the PS3, it's the only one I've even played all that many games on. I'm gonna list them according to what console I first played them on but not necessarily the one they originally came out on

PS1
1. Crash Team Racing
2. Spyro 3
3. Crash Bandicoot Warped
4. Spyro 2
5. Spyro 1

PS2
1. Metal Gear Solid 3
2. Tales of the Abyss
3. I HAVE NOT REALLY PLAYED ANY OTHER GAMES ON PS2

PS3
1. Tales of Symphonia Remaster
2. The Last of Us
3. Uncharted 3
4. Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time
5. Uncharted 2

PS4 (these are literally the only PS4 games I have played so far so this one will change greatly in the coming years I'm sure)
1. Metal Gear Solid V
2. Dark Souls 2 Scholar of the First Sin (this will probably change as I play more of it and or play other SoulsBorne games)
3. Uncharted 4
4. Shadow of Mordor
5. Fallout 4 I guess? I played maybe 4 hours of it and could not get into it so this will get replaced fast

This list makes me realize a lot of my favorite games were Nintendo... too bad they've been dropping the ball recently. I'll be watching the Switch with cautious optimism after Zelda BoTW.

I'm surpised you didn't put The Last Guardian on your PS4 list, considering you like Shadow of the Colossus.
