I don't get Animal Crossing. I played it consistently for a while but it's such a boring game. you just run around town collecting stuff and talking to people and then just keep doing that until you can afford clothes or furniture and that's it. What am I missing?

I had a lot of time on Smash 3DS, since it was my only way of playing Smash 4, although now I've moved on to playing solely Melee.
I'd definitely recommend that and Animal Crossing: New Leaf in terms of 3DS games, though. Sun & Moon look pretty promising, too.

I got Zelda - A Link Between Worlds with it, played it through finding all maiamais and heart containers, I really enjoyed it Pretty cool concept, I think it was one of the best Zelda games.

And I'm planning on a few games, like Pokemon Alpha Sapphire, Animal Crossing New Leaf, maybe Super Mario 3D Land too. I MIGHT also get some Monster Hunter game, if the demo doesn't discourage me enough with "well-balanced gameplay".
