i vaguely remember using that wall to get certain places. don't you have to glide along it at a certain angle?

No, I got there by gliding from the area in the distance, and going out of bounds and re-entering to get boosted upwards several times. It's just not worth trying to do it without save states.

i've gotten to most, but not all of these places before, but i haven't gotten to some at all, like the area above the doorway near the Seashell Shore portal. i have no idea how you got there. or how you're standing on the water in that one speedway (very last picture in the album)

i've done a few of these only once or twice, like getting to that ledge in Crystal Glacier without freeing those guys first, and getting to that sandy area in Agent 9's Lab, but man, those were really difficult and i don't even want to think about doing them again

1. I got onto a tree with a proxy jump that's done by doing the swimming in the air glitch, then going into the shallow water from underneath the level. Then, I glided to a rock face, then I glided to the building, then I jumped around it, until I got to where Spyro's standing in that picture.

2. In that picture, Spyro's standing on top of the waterfall in Icy Flight. In the flight levels in Spyro 1, as well as Gnasty's Loot, if you fly into certain natural walls, by repeatedly tapping X and L1 or R1, you can get above the altitude limit, and I did this in Icy Flight to get on top of the waterfall, and that's also how I was able to get to all of those places in Gnasty's Loot.

I've been taking lots of pictures of places that I've gotten to in the original trilogy games, along with some other interesting things. I need to take the rest of my Spyro 2 pictures, then I'll take the rest of my Spyro 1 pictures, then I'll start taking my Spyro 3 pictures, then after I've taken all of my pictures, I'll be finished. When I'm finished, I'll create an Imgur album with all of my pictures, and then I'll edit this topic to confirm that the albums have been uploaded, and I'll also post the link to it. I also don't have a GameShark.
