@BB and Spyrogirl - Thanks guys, I appreciate it. I wouldn't have asked if I didn't intend to add new stuff sometime, though. Just don't expect it right away.

@NeoReaper - Hm... I don't know about a user group, but a feature that would allow color customization on the client side only would be pretty fun. For now, if you want to mess around with the CSS, just set up FluxBB on your machine somewhere and start modifying one of the existing themes. I can provide the CSS for this one if you want.

Well then another suggestion is to add a new group of users to the cp that stormy can add people too who have limited access to the theme part of the forum. (Make a thread of "participants" who could work on this)

Agreed. I'm honestly quite satisfied with the forum the way it is. Any new features would just be a bonus.

Most of these changes would most likely be made by Stormy, so we have to keep in mind that as she does have a family, that is the priority over SpyroForum. So it would be unfair to expect too much of her.

Just my thoughts.

That was the original plan! Obviously I never got around to it, though.

By the way, if anyone is good with CSS and wants to try making a FluxBB theme for the forum, I'll consider uploading it here.

I don't like animated gifs in web design. It never looks good. And before you try to argue about it, flying Spyro when you post is an exception because it's like a loading page.

^ I second this. I know it would be time consuming, but it would be cool if we could have 3 more options: classic Spyro theme, Legend of Spyro theme, and Skylanders theme. That way people could pick their favorite version of Spyro (classic for me ).

I would like to see the Spyro forum logo as a moving .GIF image.

i think it might show a moving image of Spyro started smiling.

Thanks guys, I'd definitely like to implement some of these in the feature. A lot of these things could be really useful mods for FluxBB that haven't been made yet.

Hosting is not going to change here as 1. I don't make those decisions, and 2. What Ranger said.

Eh, call me old fashioned but I'm not really on the cloud services as a provider bandwagon. If I want to host a website, I'd rather do it on a physical server that I have full SSH and FTP access to. Then if there's an issue with the server I can look into it myself instead of having to rely on Google support. Not that Google support isn't good, just if it's my webapp, I want to be the one held responsible for it.

Not to put words in his mouth but I'm fairly certain SR would feel the same

I'm not talking about google, I'm talking about other hosting companies. If google made it so easy, how could the others still exist? they'd be completely whiped out by now.
