The rules are simple, you should write what you would do if you were that user above you. If you see one user above you in the comment field, you can imagine or think of what you would do if you were that user. Like let's say if Stormy commented last, then i would write. "If i were Stormy i'd get a hat. The one that Rarity has in Canterlot."
You can also use a image to illustrate it if you like aswell. Like this.
