Sure, most fans dislike Skylanders for those reasons, but opinions aren't fact.

#theSpyrosAdventuresOverpromisingTitleEffect. Plus, toys in a $100 bundle are needed to actually %100 the game. And Goblin Spyro. It just makes too much sense. How can a classic Spyro fan not hate the series for these reasons?

Found Spyro's adventure for 4.99 used at Gamestop the other day. If I find a Portal for cheap and a few Spyro figures I will play through it and judge the game. Might also buy Swap Force because me and my Cousin had fun with the Wii version. I've never actually played a Skylanders game with a Spyro figure.

People seem to forget that everyone has different opinions about things (Skylanders for example).
Some people enjoy skylanders and like the game a lot but it seems that in dragonwarriors case, everyone has 1 opinion and 1 opinion only.
I do not particularly like Skylanders myself but I accept that others do like it and I am not the only brain in the dam universe with 1 opinion.

i agreed with you Flapjacks by the time i saw the Skylanders version of Spyro, he looks alot like a combination of a dragon and a pug, and that's not what Spyro is supposed to look like, they shoul've keep his same old looks as if he was in The Legend Of Spyro: Dawn Of The Dragon, or even A Hero's Tail.

I guess people just stopped caring about the demonish "goblin Spyro" and tried looking at the good of the series. Well, most of them, anyway. I can see you're one of the exceptions for that very reason. If it makes you feel any better, I never got any of the games myself, but only because I personally think it's not worth spending $100 or so just to be able to buy and complete a game.
