I'll try anything just to get it to work! I'll try putting it upside down, I'll also ask my Dad if he can help with my PS2 Problem. And my PS2 is the Slim.

Then you are screwed. My first PS2 was a PS2 Slim. Which couldn't read any disk, I couldn't figure out the problem. With the PS2 original though, that one i managed to fix.

I haven't tried this video. But that sounds like the most legit problem with PS2 Slim reading error. Maybe it will help you.

Yeah, actually, I've tried propping my PS2 up on its side before, and I remember it kind of working for that "disk read error" problem. Never tried putting it upside down, though.

This might sound like a silly idea, but try turning the console upside down, and start it with the disc inside it.

Hmm... I think I had a similar problem once. Does this happen only with Spyro: YotD or with all your games? What type of PS2 is it? For most of the cases I can find, it's a PS2 Slim, which is the version I have.
For me, dust was the problem, but I found a few other possible causes on google, one being that the reading laser is slightly out of place, and another that a button that usually is activated by closing the lid isn't as sensitive and requires more pressure.
