anyway there are a lot of non-dangerous dogs out there, but i always take it with a grain of salt when someone says their dog isn't dangerous. i've made a few posts on this forum ranting about dogs in my town. we have one though and we always have him on a leash when he's outside, and we always watch him carefully.

It became a habit for me to let dogs smell me (and ask their owner) before I do anything else with them. It actually became such a habit I started doing it with cats. I don't think that's necessary for cats, though.

Can you get a dog to eat Fruit/Veg, Just tested and my dog ate a grape. My dog is a omnivore!

quick note that dogs should not eat grapes, they can be poisonous actually

Cats are carnivores, so a fruit and vegetable diet isn't going to work out for them, unlike dogs, which can be raised on a well-balanced vegetarian diet.

I'm not so sure about that. I lived next door to this crazy woman once, and she was convinced she could make her dog (a pitbull) into a vegetarian. Her dog was extremely skinny and unhappy at a relatively young age. We slipped her meat every once in a while when the woman wasn't looking, and she seemed really happy every time we did.

I've heard that grapes are bad for dogs, that they give them stomach problems or something. They should be fine with most fruit, though. Bananas and oranges are good, and apples (except the core) are also good.

Dogs are pretty well domesticated by this point after many generations of breeding, so there's usually nothing to worry about with dog aggression unless the dog has been abused in some way. Honestly, though, I'm still a little afraid of dogs, even though I know it's irrational.

I hate when most dog owners let their dogs lose and i happen to meet one. I can't even walk for a stroll without getting worried if i meet a stray dog.
