download Game Maker, download one of the sample games so you don't have bother actually developing one yourself, make a sprite that looks like a baby in MS Paint, replace one of the other sprites with that one, download a sound of a baby crying (or just record yourself trying to make baby sounds) and import the sound, and there you have it!
