I finally found motivation to work out!

This website has a lot of themed workouts, so what I did was I picked themes of things I'm interested in (found a total of 15 workouts that fit this), put them on a rotation so I do one every day, and made a playlist of music for each one that fits the theme. It makes exercising more fun for people like me!

I can't say anything bad about autumn in good conscience, knowing how much pain winter will cause me.

Yeah it was a lot of fun, almost ran into a few trees and almost plummeted into a ravine, so kind of scary, but still pretty awesome. I wish I would have had my bike here sooner.

YMCA sounds like a good idea. I personally have never been able to get into exercising at a gym.

I bet mountain biking is pretty exciting up where you're at.

Stormy and I are thinking of getting a family YMCA membership. Hopefully that would make it easier to get back in shape

So I had a bit of free time after classes today, so I tried mountain biking for the first time! Ended up going about 10 miles through the winding forest trails. A lot of fun, though my bike seat didn't think so. Basically had to ride the last half with a bent seat, lol.

Exercising came from an old folktale about a man moving his legs up and down so he can get the need for speed. He died from too much exercise.

Walking is walking, but nothing beats walking in nature.

Loooove walking through pine forests. We have plenty of Australian bushland national parks and rain forests within driving distance, but I miss the smell and sounds of conifers.

We have mountains on the state border. I went there with school a few times, but that time I didn't like long walks much. Now I would enjoy it much more

Agreed. Unfortunately there are no mountains where I live, but there are forests a plenty. Walking is walking, but nothing beats walking in nature.

But the best thing of all is fresh air and going on a trip. Not talking about holidays, but just out in the forest or on a mountain. But its not so tempting alone to say the least. But i like those kind of things
