			<description><![CDATA[<p>I wouldn&#039;t be surprised if nobody knew but..<br />I would like to know if a <strong>closed source</strong> application can use <strong>LGPL</strong> library.</p><p>1) I read several articles telling that as long as I dynamically link against the library, then it is allowed, but I can&#039;t statically link it. Is that right?<br />2) Also, can I provide the dlls with the software in a package? (like in an archive together) or does the user need to find it and download it her/himself?</p>]]></description>
