Alright, I assume they'll send a letter saying so :-p might risk it then and put the order in (fees don't seem to be much more than £8)

You will be charged tax/import duties, if your country's customs requires it, to the company deliverying your package. For example, if UPS or fedex is delivering, they will broker your package and charge you the amount before they deliver it to you.

I'm not sure about how some of this tax stuff works (and I'm also not in the UK), but here... honestly, no one ever pays tax on stuff they buy online. You're supposed to report it when you file your taxes, but no one ever cares if you just write "0" for the amount. If I had to guess I would say maybe the import tax is something kind of like that.

Never ordered from out of the country myself (also in the US, not UK), but I'm assuming that the tax would just be tacked onto the price at the end of the order. You should probably be able to see how much it is if you put in all your information, then look at the page before submitting.

So browsing Amazon.co.uk , I saw this figure that I really liked, however it seems I can only get the figure from Japan...heres my issue,

The thing says it comes with "free delivery" witch I am okay with, but then the account said they weren't responsible for "Import Tax"

So...were do I pay this import tax? do they take it out without me knowing? do i go to the post office and pay it? and how much is it? how can I find out? D:
