Chapter 1: a new life to start

The defeat of Malefor was something big. Very big. The celebration and happiness was heard and felt from so far, that even the folks that went into complete hiding where feeling freedom and got out of their isolation.
they rebuilt and repopulated cities and towns, making the world better for the future!

The world was getting back up, but with Spyro's fame came great expectations.

The people wanted him to lead them when he was ready, yet he wasn't even sure if he was alive.

The guardians protected him from these duties, and quickly built a new temple high on a mountain, and that's where our story begins!

The brightness he saw was indescribable. "Huh? Hey, HE'S GETTING UP!" The headache felt the same."Sparx, another one of these jokes..." Spyro recognized  the voices. "NO, SERIOUSLY!" It was Sparx. and Cynder. He heard some other voices too. His slow awakening was spontaneously interrupted by a  punch from Sparx. "What the? where am i?" Spyro asked, mostly to himself.

"Good morning, sleeping beauty! How is it, after being in a coma for seven weeks?" Said Cynder, carefully helping Spyro back up his paws again. "That's quite the time!" Spyro responded, having trouble standing on all legs, wobbling around trying to find his balance. "We resided years in a crystal. This should be nothing!"

Volteer was the first guardian to arrive at Spyro's room. However, Volteer had quite the haste to see Spyro awake and crashed into the side of the door, making the trio laugh much to the shame of the elder.

"It's amazing, just stunning to see that you're awake again after these impressive acts of power!" Chittered Volteer. "Well, i couldn't do it without Cynder." Said Spyro, blushing as she looked at him. "I can vaguely remember you said something, Cynder."

"Maybe I indeed said something!" She said, but was cut short by a kiss from Spyro.
"Ah, they grow up so fast!" Said Sparx sarcastically. "Get a room, Guys! The neighbors are complaining!" "Thanks Sparx, for your understanding as a brother!" Spyro replied with about as much sarcasm.

"Actually, do we have any neighbors?" Volteer was quick to answer. "No! Well, not the direct type of neighbor as you would probably name it, because in the radius of-"
"Yes, Spyro. We do have neighbors, but they're not close to us." Said Terrador as he and Cyril walked in. "The cities are populated again, with thousands of dragons and moles and cheetahs. But right now were on the highest mountain of Avalar and the nearest city is half an hour flying. You're still our apprentice and you got a lot to learn. Not in combat, but in culture. Of course you can learn a lot of other things to use in battle, but your social skills are... The bare minimum. And about dragon History... I don't think you know a lot about our predecessors in history!"

"That's going to be boring..." Whispered Spyro to himself.
"Maybe. but believe me, you will go out a lot more, if you want it or not. Social lessons can't be learned by books only..."

(Spyro lived in a swamp. Can't expect him to do so great with other dragons!)

Also my mind keeps getting to the point of 'Spyro and Cynder get merry and hav nize babbies'. Do not worry, One should not expect me to go to that point (well, a bit. For the drama. Believe me, it's not going to be that bad.)

And my opinion of at the least half of the fan fictions on this site (even tough I know I might not be better then they are)

As it is clear that im trying to type some FanFic here, I have other ideas with it.
My brain doesn't like story's, it likes movies. As so, I get most inspirations by listening to songs.
Sometimes however, songs can fit in the situation I think off. I have a big imagination!
So I came up with this idea:

Lets just say for example i have chapter 3.
Cynder wakes up Spyro while the world is in darkness (nope, no spoilers).
Wake Me Up by Avicii fits in like the last piece of the puzzle.
So I put the video above the scene.
You can play it.
I mix the lyrics with the story.
Depending on how fast you read, the story , the lyrics and the song should be in sync.
And now I have a musical story about how hard it is to survive in a world of darkness.
I put a link down to another version of the chapter, with no musical guidance.
For the people with less imagination but/or still wanting to read normally

PROLOGUE

The Legend Of Spyro: end of the beginning

"The years have passed since Malefors defeat. The people celebrated, the world was free from most of the evil. Dragons from everywhere came out of hiding from evil and populated cities making the world a peaceful place once again.

I took the responsibility of the death of Ignitus, but i was told many time that it was his own choice, a choice to be never forgotten. It felt hard, but it was true and I accepted it.

Sparx began to like Cynder more then I expected from him, even calling her 'sister' sometimes. He says that he mispronounced her name, but I think that my bond with Cynder makes her more or less a sister for him."
