I played EtD as a kid and the numerous glitches scared me so much. Here's one glitch I could find on Google;

There was a lot of swimming into the ether in this game

And these guys are good at finding glitches;

Yeah that actually happened to me when I first bought ETD, it sort of caught me off guard, I mean it's like he's trying to break the camera.

These things are unsettling. As are these

And the ones in Dark Passage. The atmosphere in Misty bog seems to come off like it's from half-life or something.

Stewart Copeland is a genius when it comes to dynamics. I love how unnerving the Misty Bog theme, Skelos badlands theme, Crystal Islands(greatest hits) and platform peril sound. And the slowed down versions of the Jacques theme seems kinds sad at parts.

Yeah those trees definitely freaked me out.

oh yeah, the metal sharks in Aquaria Towers used to scare me.

small correction: they STILL scare me. especially since i found this

but anyway, the other day i remembered something else that scared me, the yeti in Colossus. i was terrified of that boss battle. i was actually a bit disappointed when i found out you didn't actually fight him

i remember when i was really young i played ice cavern in spyro 1 and was on the level for so long that one of the alternate themes started playing. later on that night i woke up to some loud thunder and that song playing in my head. i think the alternate theme was some sortve remake of the theme from high caves?

also i use to have my brother beat the bosses in spyro 3 for me except for buzz. he didnt scare me that much.

Either the spiders in High Caves or the carnivorous trees in Misty Bog.

Oh yes, the Metalback Spiders. They used to scare me when I was little and I was always afraid to go through the caverns because of them lurking in there.
