Likes: Nothing

Dislikes:
- Cartoony (As I guess so. But that's pretty much personal.)
- Ugly Design
- Too much weird fighting
- No interesting storyline
- Too expensive
- Toys must match each game, so if you don't have the toys to the next game, you must buy it.
- No Sparx
- Buy toys to enjoy more of the game
- Worst voice acting ever
- Too much comedy and laughing
- Humans
- Kaos. (what the hell? is he supposed to be the villain?)

Likes: Figures (I like collecting.), the comedy, the actors in it, the improvement in gameplay through out the series, some of the ideas, the coupons that can use, fluffy cute and silly animals, the art, reusable figures, and occasional sales.

Dislikes: Certain variants, buying multiple portals (but it's for a good reason. So it's reasonable.), Cynder's design (Rule 1 to female dragons, dragons don't have boobs.), Beenox ("They developed the Wii version of Swap Force, with somewhat bad quality.), The rise in prices for adventure packs and triples (from 20 dollars to 25 dollars e.e), Separate Skylanders in mobile and console starter packs of the game, Release dates, and the scalpers.

Pros: cool figures, cool level design, fresh gameplay, etc.
Cons: Still no new Spyro game.

I know, I'm posting on an old(ish) topic, but Skylanders isn't all that bad.

Pros:

1) I think the whole idea of the real-life figures "coming to life" on the screen is an interesting idea.
2) Skystones is fun xD
3) The worlds are vibrant and colorful.
4) George Takei voiced the Arkeyan Conquertron in Skylanders Giants.

Cons:

1) The real-life figures are a way to throw your money down the drain. And the drain leads to Activision.
2) There's hardly any thought involved figuring out a route to get to the end of a level.
3) Button-mashing mania.

I might add more later.

Personally I believe that Activision should just give up on Spyro and, if not return the rights to Insomniac than at least put it on the shelf until someone from Activision that has a soul can see what made the originals so good but until that happens I do and never will like the new Spyro series, classic series forever.

What in the h- That's Spyro?
Repetitive gameplay
Overpriced action figures that barely differ from one another other than one is required to access certain things.
Uncreative design
People call it a platformer, even though one of the main essence of a platformer is JUMPING.
Bad voice acting
And most importantly...
IT'S A BUTTON MASH-A-THON!
