You could always make your own unofficial fan game. Or you could study game design and work for them when you're older.

You know i belive i can do this i can study now cause i really want my ideas to work thx! 

This is why im posting my ideas on here cuz i dont want it to suck. And some of you guys have already helped me so thx!

Ever tried hacking a ROM of the game? I dunno how hard it its to do that for a PS1 game. But its possible to do it for SNES/NES  games(FF6 for example has a ton of ROM hacks)

I dunno about other ps1 games, but wasn't there something about the original spyros being a complete nightmare to try and hack? not sure about the ps2 ones though.

Oh hacking the PS2 games are impossible. Its hard to get fan patchs to work on them. The PS2 version of DQ5 for example. Took them a couple of years to even create it.

Some of my friends at college are English/Literature majors and most of them started writing short stories and fanfiction on whatever topics interested them. They always say that if you want to become a better writer, you need to do it often. Everyone starts somewhere and even if you don't want to become a writer, the skills you'll gain over time will be an invaluable resource when you get older.

I see but i mainly mean if they wish to get this game made right here and now If that was the case all this is was a fanflic
