Accounts like that are bots. They try to make a post that seems relevant while actually spamming stupid stuff no one wants to buy. I think this one just took someone else's post and put some links in the middle. -__-

147th anniversary of Lincoln's death? Kind of seems generic if you ask me...

Maybe if was the 150th, but 147th seems like it doesn't matter too much at all. For example, it is the 380th anniversary of Gustavus Adolphus ending the 30 Year's War.
