Well, I guess given the fact that many Presidents of the United States long before Obama have been "misinterpeting" certain laws passed through Congress to be able to have certain things done which violates the basic rights of the American people. But before we continue this debate (that is, if you're wishing to of course) lets get one thing clear: Politicians, generally in most developed countries, are only put in place by big business interests to give the citizens of whatever country the idea they have a real freedom of choice. Guess what? They have no choice. We have no choice. Want to know what 'we' have? Owners! Big wealthy businessmen who have had wealth & power for a long, long, long time own our @$$e$! They own everything political including almost all of the politicans, they have all the judges in their back pocket, and through buying off the politicans and judges they control the authorities. The police? Owned! The FBI? Owned! The military? Definitely owned! The CIA? Not even run in any shape or form by anyone in the White House!

Don't forget the Patriot Act which was signed into law by George Bush as a means of "ensuring homeland security". As you maybe well aware, the so-called Patriot Act is comparable the Reichstag Fire Decree and Enabling Act signed into law in Germany by Hitler in 1933 to suspend most civil liberties of the German people to help put the Nazi's into power. Read both the Patriot Act and the Enabling Act and compare the information in both of them. You might be shocked to find that their titles aren't the only similarity they share.

You might want to read it through again since it says nothing about detaining US civilians without fair trial. Then again, I still wouldn't be surprised if there are guys who were detained in Guantanamo Bay without due process all under the suspicion they might be a "terrorist".

I've been hearing about the bill for at least 3 months (along with SOPA). I've also read the entire thing, and know exactly what is going on inside of it. For starters, this bill does not give the president the ability to detain American citizens (or anyone) without trial:

The AUMF has given the president the ability to detain anyone they want for almost a decade now. The NDAA does not affect this at all, and people that are worried about this bill are a little late to the party.

Don't let the seemingly pretty language in Section 1031(e) fool you. The only way for anything in 1031 to not be construed to American citizens would be through the Supreme Court, which to my understanding, was never voted in by the people of the United States anyways. So the Supreme Court is the only power that can more-or-less legally and explicitly repeal 1031 and construe the law. But if you read the full NDAA bill with a careful, discerning eye, considering all the BS that is happening today not only overseas but in the Western World you'll very quickly see why people are so worked up about the NDAA bill.

I don't believe in any conspiracies, just need some help debunking them. Half of Flight 93 I've got covered, and I just need help with the rest, like the collapse of WTC 7, or how all four angles of footage from the Pentagon dont show a plane. I know there's no conspiracies, no missles. I'm trying to show other people that too.

In MY opinion it left a fairly-sizeable hole. If it had lots of fuel, no doubt it would have a huge gaping hole. Considering THIS is what the aircraft looks like.
