it's worth thinking about. there's probably some validity to both sides, but one probably has more.

sometimes, i have troubles telling the difference between the cause and the effect of something. for example, let's say people with common interest "A" tend to have certain personality traits in common. i may have a bit of trouble telling if the cause is their personality, or the common interest, and vice versa.

anybody else on this?
