Go onto Idol Springs and perform a double jump at the start of the level so you are on the edge, then glide onto the water and headbash, then you can walk on water! It's awesome! Here's a video on Youtube I found dementrating how to do it... I reckon you can do this on quite a few levels though, because you can double jump onto the sides of levels!
