the island in Midnight Mountain was originally supposed to have the portal to the Super Bonus Round. there was a whirlwind somewhere that led to some stairs, and then an even bigger whirlwind that took you to the island. they moved the portal, but didn't remove the island.

if i remember correctly, the Dino Mines thing was supposed to be a mini-boss.

there's also an extra life in Fireworks Factory. i assume there was supposed to be a wall you charged, or something.

I don't know if their 'messin' with us. But it does seem strange that they put things in the game that are unreachable without mods. Its almost like they editted out parts of levels and got lazy and forgot to delete them. Or, they left it there knowing one day, game hackers would find it...

Ok, so you know how in Dino Mines when you get that strange glitch to "swim" through the air and if you go around the mountain, there's this little portal like you would use to get to another area within the level so that you can gather an egg? Well, that portal in the sky takes you to a little corral in the sky but once you get there, there's nothing to do but walk around and when you leave the corral you lose a life because you can't swim anymore. Is there any real reason for that corral or was Insomniac just playing with us?
