			<description><![CDATA[<p>I heard something about something that might have been this bill (despite being in England). Basically, the video game producers are the ones who want this bill passed. That way, people have to ask them for permission to use their footage for things like reviews. Boom. Reviewers now need to give a game a minimum score in order to actually do a review.</p>]]></description>
